Focus and Scope
IJRiME (International Journal of Review in Mathematics Education) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated exclusively to advancing mathematics education through rigorous literature review research. We publish high-quality syntheses of existing scholarship, including:

Systematic Literature Reviews, Meta-Analyses, Bibliometric Analyses

Scoping Reviews

Critical Reviews, Umbrella Reviews, Theory Development Reviews
-
Methodologically innovative reviews addressing gaps in mathematics education theory, policy, curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, technology integration, equity, and teacher development.
Primary empirical studies fall outside the journal’s scope.
All submitted manuscripts will be initially reviewed by editors and then evaluated by a minimum of two international reviewers through the double-blind review process. This is to ensure the quality of the published manuscripts in the journal.
Before Submission
The author has to make sure that the manuscript has been prepared using IJRiME's template following the author's guidelines. The manuscript should also have been carefully proofread. Any manuscript that does not meet the author's guidelines, is written in a different format, or has poor soundness of English will be immediately rejected. The only manuscript that meets the IJRiME's template will be processed further.

IJRME is a diamond open-access journal.

Double-anonymous review: Submissions undergo rigorous peer review by ≥2 experts.

Timeframe: Initial decision within 8–12 weeks of submission.

To ensure permanent access:
